A3. Partial Refunds. Partial refunds may be granted where items are not in original condition, are damaged or missing parts not due to our error, or are returned more than 14 days after delivery.

B3. Safety & Compliance. All entrants and attendees must comply with event rules, directions of officials and applicable laws. Dangerous or non‑compliant behaviour may result in removal without refund.

B4. Photography & Media. The event may be photographed/filmed. By entering, you consent to the use of your image in event marketing and documentation, unless you notify us in writing before the event.

B5. Force Majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, industrial action or government directions).
