Rules and Regulations
Event Safety – Braidwood Big Wheels 2026
At Braidwood Big Wheels, the safety of our community, participants, and supporters is our top priority. We are committed to planning and delivering this event in a way that ensures everyone can enjoy the day in a safe and welcoming environment.
General Safety
- There is limited shade available at the Showground. Please bring plenty of water, sunscreen, and a hat.
- Hand sanitiser and sunscreen will be available at key locations on the day.
- Listen to announcements and follow directions from event officials and volunteers.
Parade & Traffic Safety
- The Big Wheels Parade will use public roads and will strictly adhere to NSW road safety rules.
- All participating vehicles must be roadworthy, registered, and insured in accordance with state laws.
- Local Police and Council have been notified of our event, and traffic control measures will be in place to manage the parade route.
- Drivers must follow the directions of marshals and traffic controllers at all times.
Showground Safety
- Please keep to designated public areas and respect restricted or operational zones.
- Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
- Alcohol consumption is only permitted in licensed areas of the venue.
- Pets are not permitted unless they are registered assistance animals.
