Stall holder Information
Braidwood Big Wheels is gearing up for its inaugural event on 10 October 2026, bringing together the region’s love of heritage transport, community spirit, and country hospitality. This will be the first year the event is held, and we’re building it to become one of Braidwood’s signature annual festivals.
We are inviting up to 50 market stallholders to help create a vibrant festival atmosphere alongside the main attractions.
What to Expect on the Day
- Truck Show: Approximately 150 trucks spanning vintage, working rigs, restored classics, and custom builds.
- Car Display: Around 150 cars, including hot rods, classics, performance vehicles, and club displays.
- Motorbikes: A further 150 motorbikes, from cruisers and customs to vintage and sports bikes.
- Small Engines & Heritage Machinery: Including stationary engines, old farm gear, and mechanical curiosities.
- Family-Friendly Activities: Entertainment for families, kids, and community groups.
- Food & Artisan Markets: A curated selection of food, handmade goods, crafts, produce, and trade exhibitors.
- High Visitor Turnout Expected: Strong interest from motoring clubs, transport companies, regional tourists, and local families.
