Braidwood Big Wheels is a community-powered celebration of vehicles, motors, and local spirit — and there are lots of ways you can be part of it! Join us to help make this festival unforgettable while supporting community initiatives and having fun along the way.

🚗 Register to Participate (Entrants)

Love showing off your ride? Whether you’ve got a classic car, a mighty truck, a custom bike or any wheeled machine you’re proud of, you can register to participate as an entrant. This is your chance to be featured in the festival, connect with fellow enthusiasts, and help highlight the diversity of vehicles that make Australian roads great. All participating vehicles must meet roadworthy, registration and insurance requirements in line with state laws.

🤝 Sponsorship

Support the festival and local community programs by becoming a sponsor. Sponsorship helps cover event costs and enables the festival to reinvest in youth initiatives, community projects and future Big Wheels events. There are opportunities for businesses and individuals to be acknowledged as supporters — with benefits that help raise your profile while backing a great cause.

🛍️ Stallholders

Are you a local maker, vendor or food trader? Stallholder spots let you bring your products, services and creations into the heart of the Big Wheels crowd. It’s a great way to showcase what you do, connect with visitors, and be part of the vibrant festival atmosphere. Every stall also plays a part in supporting community funding through stall fees.

💪 Volunteers

Big Wheels is run entirely by volunteers, and we’re always looking for passionate people to help out on the day or in the lead-up. Whether you can spare a few hours or more, your time helps ensure the event runs smoothly — from welcoming participants and visitors to helping manage activities and logistics.
